Economy Picking Fluency
Here are a set of economy picking exercises for free download. If you are used to alternate picking and have not looked at economy picking before, I highly recommend it! Difficult odd note groupings that require you to reverse your picking (start on a downstroke, then start on an upstroke when it repeats) can usually be tackled much more efficiently with economy picking.
That said, any famous player who has achieved a high degree of technical ability can probably do both with ease.
